9Edge Acquired by Applications Software Technology
The capabilities of 9Edge will advance AST’s digital transformation solutions.

Charlotte, N.C – 9Edge, an IT and Oracle services provider, announced that it has been acquired by Applications Software Technology (“AST”), a leading digital transformation solutions provider. The acquisition will expand AST’s capabilities as a full-service provider of Oracle and adjacent cloud ecosystems for enterprises.

7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to 9Edge throughout the transaction.
