Lincolnshire Management purchased Phoenix Brands LLC, a Stamford, Connecticut-based maker of laundry detergents, from Trilantic Capital Partners, for around $145 million in late 2010. Phoenix, a maker of detergent brands such as Ajax, Dynamo, and Fab, generated roughly $130 million in revenue and had products in 40 countries at the time of the sales. Assets in the transaction included Brands, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
