CHARLOTTE, NC – Uniguest, a global leader in digital engagement technology to multiple end markets, has acquired Otrum, a digital engagement provider to the hospitality industry. Based in Oslo, Norway, Otrum AS delivers interactive TV and digital signage solutions allowing its technology to engage audiences through any digital surface and boasts over 2.5 million users per month. The acquisition will help to enhance Uniguest’s IPTV and digital signage offering in the hospitality industry. 

7 Mile Advisors was pleased to act as the buyside advisor to Uniguest and Atlantic Street Capital through the acquisition of Otrum. This marks the fifth transaction 7 Mile has facilitated for Uniguest, having previously advised on their acquisition of Planet eStream, Tripleplay, Touchtown, and ONELAN.
